મારા વિશે
મારુ નામ હેમંત પુણેકર. મારો જન્મ અને ઉછેર વડોદરામાં થયો. શિક્ષણ વડોદરામાં થયું , તે પણ ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની શાળામાં. વ્યવસાયે Mechanical Engineer છું અને હાલ પુણે રહુ છું. (અને મારી અટકને સાર્થક કરી રહ્યો છું) જન્મે મરાઠી હોવા છતાં કાકાસાહેબ કાલેલકરની જેમજ સવાયો ગુજરાતી હોવામાં ગૌરવ અનુભવું છું.
ગુજરાતી કાવ્યો વાંચવાનો શોખ સાતમા-આંઠમા ધોરણથી હતો અને કૉલેજકાળમાં એ વધુ ગાઢ થયો. એજ સમયે કવિતા લખવાનું ચાલુ કર્યુ. આ બ્લોગ પરની મોટાભાગની રચનાઓ ૧૯૯૬ થી ૨૦૦૦ ના મારા એન્જીનીઅરીન્ગ ના વર્ષોમાં લખાયેલી છે.
હવે એટલી સહજતાથી કવિતા લખી શકતો નથી. એ વાત નો રંજ આ શબ્દો થઇ સ્ફુર્યો હતોઃ
બનાવવાથી તો એ કંઇ બનતી હશે?
જરૂરત પણ કદી કવિતાને જણતી હશે?
કવિતા એ અનુભવના આત્માને શબ્દરૂપી દેહ આપવાની કળા છે. હું દ્રઢપણે માનુ છું કે અનુભવ વગર શબ્દો જોડવાથી જોડકણા બને કવિતા નહીં.
મારા અનુભવોને મેં આપેલો શબ્દદેહ તમને કેવો લાગ્યો એ મને જરૂર જણાવશો.

ગયા વર્ષે નવેમ્બરમાં મેં સ્વરચિત કાવ્યોનો બ્લૉગ ચાલુ કર્યો ત્યારે ઉપરનું લખાણ લખ્યું હતું. મને એમ હતું કે મારી જૂની અછાંદસ રચનાઓનો બ્લૉગ બનાવીશ. ત્યારબાદ ઘણી વાતો બદલાઈ. આજે બ્લૉગ પરની મોટાભાગની રચનાઓ નવી છે.
ગુજરાતી બ્લૉગ જગતને કારણે ઘણા વર્ષો પછી હું ગુજરાતી સાહિત્યના સંપર્કમાં આવ્યો. સારી કાવ્યકૃતિઓ સાથે સંપર્ક વધ્યો અને મારી સુષુપ્ત સર્જનશીલતા ફરીથી સળવળી. ફરીથી કવિતા લખાવાનું ચાલું થયું. ગઝલના પિંગળશાસ્ત્રની ઓળખાણ પણ મને બ્લૉગ જગતને કારણે જ થઈ. હવે આ બ્લૉગ પર જૂના અછાંદસ કાવ્યો અને નવી છંદબદ્ધ ગઝલો તમે વાંચી શકો છો.
હેમકાવ્યો છેલ્લા ૮-૯ મહિનાથી સક્રિય છે તે માટે તમામ બ્લૉગરો અને વાચકોનો આભારી છું. મોહમ્મ્દ અલી ભૈડુ “વફા”, ડૉ. વિવેક ટેલર, જુગલકિશોર વ્યાસ, હિમાંશુ ભટ્ટ અને ડૉ. રઈશ મનીઆર મારા માર્ગદર્શક રહ્યાં છે. એમનો ખાસ ઉલ્લેખ કરવાનો મોહ હું ટાળી શકતો નથી.
એક વાત કૉપી-રાઈટ્સ વિશે. આ બ્લૉગ ઉપરની કોઈ પણ કવિતાનું પુનઃમુદ્રણ કરવા માટે કવિ તરીકે મારા નામનો ઉલ્લેખ અનિવાર્ય છે. પુનઃમુદ્રણ અંગે મને સંપર્ક કરીને જણાવશો તો ખૂબ ગમશે.

આમચી મરાઠી માનુષ જ્યારે ગુજરાતીમાં આટલું સુંદર લખી શકે એ ગૌરવ લેવા જેવી વાત છે.
ગુજરાત અને મહારાષ્ટ્રનો સુમેળ છે.

આપને “સપનાં નાં વાવેતર” ગમ્યું અને પ્રતિભાવ લખવા માટે આભાર. અત્રે ધ્યાન દોરવાનું કે આ મારું એકાંકી નાટક છે, કદાચ આપને નાટક ની વાર્તા ગમી એવું કહેવા માંગો છો.
